Seema Haider, a native of the Pakistani province of Sindh, traveled to India in violation of the law on May 13 with her four children in a bus via Nepal.
She claims she moved in with Sachin Meena, his Indian lover who resides in the Rabupura neighborhood of Greater Noida.
On July 4, local police detained Sachin for harboring illegal immigrants while detaining Seema for entering India illegally.
They had been residing together in a home in the Rabupura area with her four children ever since a local court on July 7 granted them both bail.
Seema has also stated that she wants to remain with Sachin and has no desire to return to Pakistan. She also asserted that she become a Hindu.
According to a media story published this week, the mother of four smuggled into India to live with a Hindu guy she met through an online game platform because she was "in love," and Pakistan's security services told the government of that nation that "love" is the "only" reason for her decision.
