Ukraine's defence ministry suggested the arms were captured from the Russians, the report said.   North Korea and Russia deny conducting arms transactions.  The Financial Times reported on Saturday that Ukrainian forces had been seen using North Korean rockets that they said had been taken by a "friendly" nation before being handed to Ukraine. According to the newspaper, the Ukrainian defense ministry claimed that the Russians had stolen the weapons. North Korean weaponry have not been widely seen on the battlefields in Ukraine, despite the United States' accusations that it has shipped weapons to Russia by sea and through other routes.
