Terrorist Killed In Encounter With Security Forces In J&K's Rajouri

They said a few gunshots were heard from the besieged village and reinforcements were rushed to the scene.     The encounter started during a search operation by the police and the Army. (Representational) Rajouri/Jammu:  On Saturday, a terrorist was killed in an encounter with security personnel in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district, according to Mukesh Singh, the Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) for Jammu. According to officials, the encounter began during a cordon and search operation conducted by the police and the Army in Gundha-Khawas village in the Budhal area in response to information about the presence of terrorists there. They claimed that a few gunshots were heard from the besieged village, prompting reinforcements to hurry to the spot.
