At the Wolverhampton Crown Court, Dylan Singh was charged with assault resulting in actual bodily harm and criminal mischief to the victim's phone. According to a court report published this week in "Birmingham Live," District Judge Adrian Lower sentenced Singh to two years in prison for the "prolonged assault," which will be suspended for two years based on Singh's behavior.
