Amit Malviya, who oversees the Bharatiya Janata Party's information and technology division, criticized the Chhattisgarh administration on Tuesday for demonstrations against people using phony caste certificates in the state capital. "During the monsoon session of Chhattisgarh Vidhansabha, which began today, SC/ST youths held naked protests on the streets of the capital, demanding action against those employed with fake caste certificates," Malviya wrote in a tweet that included a video of the protest.

He continued, "Congress and Bhupesh Baghel have again done the work of defrauding SC ST society."

A group of men protested in the capital of Chhattisgarh, Raipur, calling for action against those who were hired for government positions using false caste certificates. The youths from the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes communities disrobed, then marched toward the location of the assembly session while bare-chested. They carried signs and shouted slogans pleading with the government to punish those who use false caste certificates.

In an effort to get the attention of those in positions of authority, the gang was also seen following any VVIP car they came across.

However, the protestors were detained for staging an offensive demonstration close to the Ama Seoni turn under the Pandri police station area. One of the demonstrators told PTI, "We went on a hunger strike earlier to demand action against them, but our demand went unanswered. We are now organizing a naked protest as a result. We demand that the people who possess bogus caste certificates be detained and that any property they may have amassed be seized by the government.

As onlookers shot movies and took pictures of the nude demonstrators, they were astounded by the demonstration.

In recent years, there has been a lot of attention paid to the problem of fraudulent caste certificates being used in Chhattisgarh to obtain government employment.A Public Works Department (PWD) executive engineer was fired in the year 2021 as a result of his use of a phony Scheduled Tribe (ST)caste certificate.

The episode draws attention to a greater issue of dishonest methods used to get caste certificates, which are intended to give marginalized people opportunities and reservations.
