Man Falls On Tracks After Being Slapped. Train Runs Him Over Moments Later

The victim, identified as Dinesh Rathod, was slapped so hard that he got pushed off the platform, showed a video from the scene.

Mumbai: During an altercation, he received a heavy slap to the face, lost equilibrium, and fell to the ground at a Mumbai station.He was crushed under an approaching train as he attempted to climb back up, as shown in the terrifying footage.He was26.

The event happened on Sunday at about 9:15 p.m. from Sion Station.

Dinesh Rathod has been named as the victim.

After getting off the train at Sion, Avinash Mane, 35, and his wife Sheetal Mane, 31, decided to travel to Mankhurd, an eastern Mumbai neighborhood.

The victim is accused of pushing Ms Mane, which led to a fight between the two, according to the police.She also used an umbrella to strike the man, it was noted.

The spouse then got in as well.He gave him such a strong slap that the man was propelled off the platform, and a video of the incident was shown.

A throng had gathered. The guy desperately tries to climb up as the train draws closer, but is mercilessly crushed under the locomotive, as the horrifying footage further demonstrated.


Police said that he passed away at the scene.
The pair left the area after the event.


The cops detained Avinash Mane in the Dharavi neighborhood and then detained his wife based on the CCTV video and information provided by witnesses.


According to the authorities, the pair has been charged with culpable homicide that does not constitute murder.
