Nuh violence: On August 7, the District Magistrate informed the public that the curfew in Nuh will be lifted for four hours only from 9 am to 1 pm.
The DM further stated that during the curfew relaxation time, ATMs will be accessible in the M.C. areas of Nuh, Tauru, Punhana, Ferozepur Jhirka, Pingwon, and Nagina Block. In certain places, banks will be open during the curfew from 10 am to 3 pm.On August 7, only cash will be accepted from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm.
According to a formal decision, the Haryana government earlier on Saturday, August 5, prolonged the suspension of mobile internet service in Nuh and Palwal districts till Tuesday, August 8 (this coming Tuesday).It was said that the suspension of SMS services had been extended till 5:00 p.m. on August 7 in these two districts.
Mobile internet connectivity has presently been suspended in the districts of Nuh and Palwal.
After confrontations broke out on July 31 in Nuh over an attempt to halt a Vishva Hindu Parishad procession and expanded to Gurugram and other districts of the state, mobile internet and SMS services were suspended. In the fights, six individuals have killed.

The attack on the Nuh district cybercrime police station, according to the Haryana government, was intended to destroy evidence pertaining to a significant fraud that was discovered earlier this year. It claimed that the police station has records relating to the massive fraud and other offences. The Haryana Police discovered a cyber scam of over Rs 100 crore in April in the largest-ever raid of its sort.
