Modi's dig at Rahul Gandhi's 'mohabbat ki dukaan' call: 'Congress only means...'

Rahul Gandhi was mocked by PM Modi, who called the Congress party a "market of lies" and a "shop of loot".

At a rally in the election-heavy state of Rajasthan on Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi asserted that when public ire grows, those in authority are quickly overthrown. The prime minister claimed the grand old party only stands for "loot ki dukaan" (shop of loot) and "jhooth ka bazaar" (market of falsehoods), in an evident jab at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's proposal to create a "mohabbat ki dukaan" (shop of love) in what he terms a "nafrat ka bazaar" (market of hatred).

"Your enthusiasm demonstrates that public ire at the Congress government has increased in Rajasthan in addition to the state's temperature. It doesn't take long to remove the powerful when the populace becomes angry, according to PM Modi.

"Congress can only be understood in one way. According to him, "Congress signifies plunder ki dukaan and jhooth ka bazaar.

The administration has allegedly already switched into "bye-bye mode" as a result of the Congress's setback in Rajasthan, according to the prime minister.

"Some ministers and legislators are moving out of their government housing and into their own residences. In a jab at cabinet minister BD Kalla, who just moved out of his official residence and into his private home in Jaipur, Modi claimed that only Congress ministers could be so confident in their defeat.

Rajasthan, according to Modi, should have led the way in carrying out the Jal Jeevan Mission, but instead it is currently one of the lagging states.

"When it comes to rape cases, Rajasthan leads the list of crimes against women. Because of the current circumstances, the protectors are turning into the predators. Modi claimed that the entire government appeared to be focused on defending rape and murder suspects.

The top BJP official claimed, without naming any individuals, that Congress politicians "go abroad and abuse India."

The recently constructed 500-kilometer stretch of the Amritsar-Jamnagar expressway in Rajasthan's Bikaner is one of the development projects costing $24,000 crores that Prime Minister Modi unveiled in that state.

He claimed that although the federal government sends programs to Rajasthan, the state's Congress-led administration halts them.

"The issues you and Rajasthan are facing are unrelated to Congress. The BJP's vow to offer benefits to every household worries the Congress government as well. In recent years, Congress has only harmed the state, he claimed.
